STEP 1: Heimish All Clean Balm (Oil Phase: Use on Completely Dry Skin)

1. Start with a completely dry face: never wet skin before applying the balm. Water prevents the oil-phase cleanse from working correctly.
2. Using the spatula provided, scoop a pea-to-almond-sized amount of balm onto your fingertips.
3. Massage gently onto face in circular motions for 60 seconds, focus on forehead, nose, and chin where SPF and sebum accumulate most.
4. You will feel the balm dissolving, it becomes slippery as it breaks down sunscreen, makeup, and oily residue. This is the oil-phase doing its job.
5. Wet your hands (not your face) and continue massaging the balm will emulsify instantly, turning from golden-honey to a thin white milky texture.
6. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water until the milky emulsion is completely gone.

STEP 2: Heimish All Clean Green Foam (Water Phase: On Damp Skin)

7. After rinsing the balm, your face should still be damp: go straight into the foam.
8. Pump 1–2 times into wet palms and lather briefly between hands for 10 seconds.
9. Massage foam onto damp face for 30 seconds, the foam cleans the water-soluble impurities the balm could not reach: sweat residue, fine particulates, and any remaining water-based product.
10. Rinse completely with cool water (cooler than the balm rinse, this helps close pores and calm post-cleanse redness).
11. Pat dry very gently with a clean towel. Never rub skin after cleansing, it disrupts the barrier you are about to repair.
12. Proceed immediately to toner and moisturiser while skin is still slightly warm from washing.

IMPORTANT NOTES & SCHEDULE

13. Use every evening without exception, this is your non-negotiable monsoon cleanse. One double-cleanse evening removes the entire day's pollution, SPF, and sebum build-up.
14. On heavy-exercise days, heavy-pollution days, or days you wore SPF50+, do both steps in the morning too.
15. The All Clean Balm is only needed when you have worn SPF, makeup, or oil-based products. On bare-skin days, the Green Foam alone is sufficient as a standalone cleanse.
16. Both products are suitable for all skin types. The Balm is particularly excellent for dry and combination skin; the Green Foam is gentle enough for sensitive skin and effective enough for oily skin.
17. A 120ml Balm lasts approximately 2–3 months at daily use. The 150ml Green Foam lasts 3–4 months.

The Double Cleanse Science: Why One Cleanser Is Never Enough in Monsoon

Oil-soluble impurities include sunscreen, sebum, waterproof products, and pollution particles that have bonded to your skin's natural oils.
