Refund policy

We have a 7-days hassle-free exchange policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of the receipt of the product if the item is damaged in shipping, expired, or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request for a refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
