Feels really nice, have tried before as a gift (set of Heimish matcha stuff) and liked it then so wanted to repurchase. It's reasonably priced, feels cool under my eyes (wil; put in fridge during summer). It dries a little after a while and on occasion leaves a film but that's probably meant to be rinsed and doesnt bother me.
