Shipping Policy
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders. All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. You can consider the shipping rates shown at the time of checkout to be final. It usually takes 2-8 business days for your order to reach you from the date of shipment, depending on your location.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Cash on delivery
For all cash-on-delivery purchases, an additional handling fee of 80 INR will be applied at checkout. We will call your mobile number to confirm the order prior to processing your COD order. Any unreachable customer will be emailed for further contact. If we are unable to get in touch with you for 8 days from the date of your order, it will automatically get cancelled.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@princeintertrade.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Cancellations
Orders that are placed can be canceled on the same day by reaching out to our customer care in time that is before the order is shipped. If you cancel it in time, will refund the full amount back into your account. It may take 8 - 9 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of the receipt of the product if the item is damaged in shipping, expired, or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your request for a refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If the products are used, we do not offer a refund, as the product now cannot be resold to any other customer. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
